CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Upon your request of cancellation (As per cancellation/No Show policy), Hotel will contact the bank immediately to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase. Normally refund shall reflect in your next billing cycle of your credit card. However, it could take around 25-45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice.

5% retention for any cancellations or changes to bookings up to 14 days before check-in date. An additional charge of 25% of the first day's room tariff is applicable to changes / cancellations below 14 days. An additional charge of 50% of the 1st day's room tariff is applicable to changes / cancellations below 7 days. An additional charge of 50% of the total billing is applicable to changes or cancellations between 7 days to 72 hours before check-in time. 100% of the total billing for the period of booking is applicable for cancellations less than 72 hours before check-in time.
Cancellation Rate Applicable:
Cancellation for Before 15 Days - 25%.
Cancellation for Before 10 Days - 50%.
Cancellation for Before 5 Days - 100%.
